Our Story: From Technician to Trusted Neighbor

Marc’s journey began in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and at the age of 16, he moved to Sarasota, where he graduated from Booker High School, Class of 1990. Inspired to build a career in HVAC, he continued his education at Charlotte County Vo-Tech, earning his HVAC certification in 1996.

Marc honed his skills for 15 years at Custom Air, mastering all aspects of air conditioning service, repair, and installation. With decades of hands-on experience, he refined his craft and deepened his commitment to quality service. In 2021, Marc and his wife took a leap of faith to start Keepin You Kool, bringing a blend of expertise, reliability, and a personal touch to every job.

In loving memory of his mother, Mildred Moreland (April 2, 2025), whose guidance and support shaped who he is today.

Why the Name?

Marc’s wife came up with “Keepin You Kool” (with a “K” for that modern vibe) to capture the company’s mission: delivering cool, reliable comfort with a personal touch. It’s not just about fixing AC units—it’s about making a difference in your life, one cool breeze at a time.
